Drunkard attacks man on toilet
Steven Charles Clarkson, 20, pleaded guilty this week to aggravated burglary, destroying property and common assault. Clarkson thought the victim had written something derogatory about him on Facebook. It turns out that he was mistaken.
Clarkson arrived at the victim’s home with a friend and kicked the front door in to gain entrance. They searched for the man and found that he was in the toilet. One man kicked the door in, while the other kicked a hole in the wall.
The victim fled from the toilet into another room of the house where he was beaten severely.
Clarkson admitted to authorities that he had consumed a carton of beer and had been somewhat intoxicated.
Clarkson’s past criminal history includes five drunk driving convictions, stealing and violations of probation.
