Mitchell, W. Hill age 27, was arrested on Louisiana warrants for two counts of video voyeurism, two counts of extortion and twelve counts of attempted video voyeurism. In executing a search warrant, the police also confiscated a computer at Hill’s residence.

Hill’s most recent legal troubles stem from the reports of two Louisiana State University coeds. One female student notified authorities on October 5 that she was being stalked on Facebook. Just one day later, another female came forward with a similar story.

Eventually nine students emerged telling a similar tale. The stalker in question is said to have contacted the female students via Facebook and demanded sexually explicit photographs and nude webcam broadcasts.

Investigators received a list of IP addresses and screen names in use on Facebook. It was later discovered that Hill targeted other students from the University of Florida, Auburn University and the University of Alabama.

Atchison became so distraught over the incident that she dropped out of school.

Hill is currently in the Monroe County Detention Center and will remain there until a pretrial conference on January 31 to address DUI related offenses that occurred in January 2009.
