The Casey Anthony murder trial ended yesterday, and most of the nation was stunned by the not-guilty verdict. For those unfamiliar with the case, Casey was accused of killing her little girl, Casey Marie. Sadly, nothing is off limits to scammers and spammers. Yesterday, we were alerted to a Facebook page that is trying to capitalize on the popularity of this horrific case.
We are asking the Facecrooks community to report this page to Facebook. We are hoping that if we flood them with reports, then the page will be removed more quickly.
The Facebook page link is https://www.facebook.com/WalMartPromotion.

Wal-mart is not involved in this scam. Scam creators often use popularity brands in their attempt to lure in more victims. This is true of the Southwest Airlines, Subway, Starbucks scams that we have profiled recently. These companies often receive negative public relations due to the actions of the scammers.
