There is a disclaimer at the bottom of the page that reads, “By clicking anything on our website you are using the “Like” function on Facebook to like our page, and by doing so are agreeing that you are doing so on your own free will.” If you follow Facebook scams at all, then this page will be all too familiar to you. The so called “security check” is actually the scammers way of luring you in to taking their survey scams.

How to Deal with the Scam:

If you did make the mistake of clicking on the page, then you will need to clean up your newsfeed from references to the Fan Page. You don’t want your friends falling for the same trick. Also make sure you have removed the page if it appeared in your box of “liked” pages. If you made the mistake of submitting your cell phone number for any of the surveys, then you should contact your carrier immediately to keep any bogus charging from appearing.
