Why it’s a Scam:

The url for the scam is http://suffolkpunchhorse[dot]blogspot[dot]com/.” Obviously not a legitimate site to receive Farmville items. This page required you to “like” the page and “share” a message with your friends about the new and exciting Farmville Suffold Punch Horse. When you click on the link to claim your prize, you are redirected to yet another blogspot link about receiving a Free Shetland Pony – yet another scam!

How to Deal with the Scam:

If you did make the mistake of clicking on the scam message you will need to check your news feed and make sure you aren’t spamming the message to your friends. If you are, you need to remove the item from your wall by clicking the small “x” in the top right hand corner of the post. There is an option to “remove and unlike.”
